Seven, Eight, Nine
1985 PGA Championship - Cherry Hills
A detailed pencil drawing illustrates the series of holes - 7, 8 and 9 - on which Lee Trevino and Hubert Green were engaged in a sparring match during the 67th PGA Championship. The first image portrays Green at hole 7, par 4 as he proceeded to chip his ball into the heart of the cup for birdie. In the second image, Green stood up to the pressure at hole 8, par 3 by directing his putt precisely on the line. The third image features Green at hole 9, par 4 as he used an eight iron with precise accuracy.
